Twin Beach Park is owned by all the residents of Twin Beach Country Club, Riding Club Addition, and Fieldview Estates subdivisions.
These subdivisions consist of these rough boundaries:
- Northern boundary: Commerce Road
- Southern boundary: Pontiac Trail
- Eastern boundary: A line extending south from Green Lake Road (north of lake) to Pontiac Trail
- Western boundary: A line extending north to the Bridle Path from Green Lake Rd (south of lake)
Membership is limited to those residents/property owners in the above subdivisions who pay annual equal maintenance fees.
Membership Fees
The maintenance fees for the current year are voted on by residents at the annual spring meeting in April. Members are required to put in 4 hours of work or pay an additional $200 annually.
There is a 3.5% online processing fee if paying online.

Wet dock space is limited and there is currently a waiting list.
There are three ways to pay your dues:
- Pay online by selecting the button below.
- Pay in person at the park.
- Put your dues in a sealed envelope along with an explanation of your payment and your complete contact information. Put it in the mailbox located at the intersection of Sancroft and Dandison.
Although this website processes payments through Paypal, please do not send money via Paypal directly. This gives us no way to credit you for your payment. You must use the button below.
Donations for the new beach house are also accepted when you are paying your dues.
